The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Analyst to join the Boeing Political Action Committee (BPAC) team. This position will report to the BPAC Manager and work closely with members of the Strategy & Advocacy, Federal Legislative Affairs, State & Local Government Operations, Communications, and Legal teams.
This position will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management and administration of the Companys Political Action Committee (PAC). Primary responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of fundraising strategies as well as maintaining state and federal PAC budgets. The BPAC Analyst will manage receipts and disbursements as well as develop PAC reports for internal and external use. The position will be responsible for updating the BPAC intranet site, coordinating and distributing newsletters on a periodic basis, and communicating with PAC members. The BPAC analyst will work alongside the PAC manager to increase PAC receipts, effectively disburse PAC contributions, and overall support the Boeing Government Operations function.
The position requires a highly motivated, team orientated candidate with strong organizational skills, and attention to detail as well as prior government, campaign, political, election analysis, fundraising, or PAC experience. Additionally, a successful candidate must possess strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The BPAC analyst will have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. The BPAC analyst should be comfortable engaging with a variety of people, including executives. A strong candidate for this position will have knowledge of the political and/or legislative process. The analyst should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Position Responsibilities Include:
Assist with the day-to-day management and administration of The Boeing Company PAC (BPAC).
Contribute to the development and implementation of fundraising strategies, including email campaigns, group pitches, and individual conversations.
Maintain state and federal PAC budgets to ensure compliance and effective financial management.
Manage PAC receipts and disbursements and develop comprehensive PAC reports for both internal and external use.
Update the BPAC intranet site and coordinate the distribution of newsletters on a periodic basis to keep stakeholders informed.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
1+ years experience in fundraising, government relations or a related field
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in a role requiring knowledge of federal campaign finance, election laws, or congressional ethical rules
Experience with political campaigns, engaging with fundraising stakeholders, and utilizing databases to track and analyze fundraising efforts
Prior intern or work experience within the government, political organizations, think tanks, or other related roles
Experience in Politics, Campaigns, Public affairs and/or issue advocacy

Summary pay range: $89,250-$120,750
