In this role, the Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support the FLIGHT DECK & AI Tools team within Technology and Operations organization.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Design and ensure (including content coordination) operating mechanisms such as 1:1s, team meetings (including in-person/virtual offsites), all hands meeting etc., are conducted
- Draft and review organizational announcements for the leader in partnership with Internal communications
- Manage travel arrangements and create & submit expense reports
- Provide special meeting/event planning and logistics (offsites, all-hands, team activities, retirement events, etc.)
- Compile and format leadership pitches, organizational communications, and other special projects
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree or High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
- Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Desired Characteristics and Experience:
- Strongly preferred: 5+ years of executive administrative support experience
- Strongly preferred: Experience using Generative AI GPT applications and prompting.
- Strongly preferred: Experience using Miro
- Experience working in and navigating computer applications
- Strong writing and grammar skills
- Detail oriented and ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills and ability to learn and understands all policies, practices, and procedures.
- Working across time zones and cultures in support of a global team
