Customer Service Team Lead
Job Description:

We are searching for two Team Leads in Stockholm for temporary roles. In our Customer Center we are 4 Team Lead working closely together with a team consisting of about 55 Customer service advisors. We are dedicated to quickly finding the right candidates and ensuring a smooth transition. At our Customer Center, we focus on helping our customers create unforgettable holiday experiences.

These are temporary positions, each offered for a minimum of 12 months. The application deadline is September 2nd. Please note that applications should be submitted in English.

ABOUT THE JOB 

As Team Lead for our Customer Service team, you will lead and develop your advisors to deliver strong results and excellent customer experiences. You will ensure that team goals and KPIs are met, while driving improvements in efficiency, service quality and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will also collaborate with other departments and, where relevant, support sales targets and revenue growth through outstanding customer interactions.

Here are some of your responsibilities in the role:

  • Management of a team of Customer Service Advisors.
  • Responsibility for team performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Contribution to departmental targets and objectives.
  • Impact on customer satisfaction scores and retention rates.
  • Influence on team productivity and efficiency measures.
  • Contribution to sales targets and revenue generation (where applicable).


ABOUT YOU 

  • Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory role within a customer service environment.
  • Strong background in customer service.
  • Experience in coaching and developing team members.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Excellent people management.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
