Position Summary:
The Analyst, Centralized Publications, will support the Centralized Publications team and its Content Management System (CMS). The Analyst, Centralized Publications supports frontline crewmembers and business partners by managing web access accounts and troubleshooting account errors directly with users. The Analyst, Centralized Publications also manages incoming documentation and maintains a documentation database. The Analyst, Centralized Publications is an important role in JetBlue’s Centralized Publications team, ensuring that all crewmembers and business partners have access to their Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Analyst will develop key relationships with stakeholders in Airports, Customer Support, Flight Operations, Inflight, System Operations, Technical Operations, and Safety/Security.
Essential Responsibilities:
Maintains business partner network access, including interfacing with business partners and our Information Technology (IT) teams
Maintain Content Management System (CMS)
Assist with audit and documentation quality control
Support ad hoc editing/content development including supporting manual revisions
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
One (1) year of analytical experience
Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and collaboratively to meet deadlines
Understanding of XML and/or HTML
Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills
Effective verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multitask
Strong proactive interpersonal skills
Available for occasional overnight travel (10)
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to present complex data and analytics to large and diverse audiences using simple language.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
Strong Microsoft skills (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Competency with a Content Management System
Experience working in a regulatory environment
Strong writing skills
Previous airline experience

Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
Able to maintain a professional appearance
When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is between $50,000.00 and $89,600.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more
